Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy

Effective 30 August 2026

CA Sahab is a technology platform that helps clients discover and coordinate with independent Chartered Accountants. Professional advice and deliverables are provided by the selected professional, who remains responsible for professional standards and scope.

Free telephone guidance

The free telephone call is for initial understanding and direction. It does not include detailed professional opinion, document review, calculations, return filing or formal advisory work. Availability may be limited, and repeated requests may be declined where they amount to professional consultation.

Prices and payment

The 20-minute scheduled virtual consultation costs ₹499. Displayed professional-service prices are starting estimates based on selected scope. CA Sahab collects approved payments securely through Razorpay. Never send payment credentials through platform messages or directly to a service provider.

Additional work

Any professional work beyond the consultation requires a separate scope and price. Work starts only after the client approves the scope and the required payment is verified.

Cancellations, refunds and disputes

An unaccepted unpaid request may be cancelled without a platform charge. Paid cancellation and refund requests are reviewed against the approved scope, payment record and workroom evidence. Contact support with your request ID.

Investment-related guidance

CA Sahab helps users understand financial, cash-flow and tax implications. The platform does not promise returns or provide stock tips. Personalised securities advice is provided only where an appropriately authorised professional is available.

Deadlines and outcomes

Government processing times, market performance and legal outcomes are outside the platform's control. Users remain responsible for reviewing filings, providing complete information and meeting statutory deadlines.

Complaints

Email [email protected] with your request ID. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

These terms should be reviewed by Indian counsel before large-scale marketing.
