CA Sahab processes personal data to create accounts, match clients with Chartered Accountants, operate workrooms, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Data we collect

Account and profile details, contact information, business details, addresses, service requests, messages, work status, and technical security records. CA applicants also provide ICAI membership details, specialities and a COP or membership certificate.

How we use and share data

We use data only to operate and secure the service, match requests, verify professionals, communicate about work and resolve complaints. Relevant request details are shared with matched or accepted CAs. Hosting, authentication and storage providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and security

Authentication and application data are stored using access-controlled production services. CA certificates are private and restricted to authorised verification personnel. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data, subject to legal and dispute-retention requirements. You may withdraw from an unaccepted request through support.
